A J Ogilvy named in Boomers tea


Hornets junior AJ Ogilvy was yesterday named in the Boomers team to compete in the Stankovic Continental Cup. 

The tournament will be played in China from 28 July to 1 August and is seen as crucial preparation for the 2010 World Championships starting in late August in Turkey.

Hornets named in State teams

The U/16 NSW Metro Basketball teams were named this week with Hills Hornets filling five of the twenty available spots.

Brittnee Sewell, Taylor Johnston and Zoe Burke were all named to the girls team while Sergio Antelmi and Siatua Solaese made the final cut in the boys team. Congratulations must also go to Ben Graham who was named as a reserve.
